If you’ve been following along on our social media recently, you may have noticed a few small changes. Nothing sudden, and rather disappointingly, no confirmation that Mark is indeed Batman.
A new look here. A quiet update there, and nothing about how we look after our clients has changed
Force Finance South West is now Ryo Finance.
Before anything else, it’s important to say what hasn’t changed.
Same team. Same people. Same voice. Same local, face-to-face service. We’re still locally owned and operated here in the South West, still working with the people who live, work and play here, and still doing finance the way we always have: honestly, practically and with a long-term view………and a healthy dose of fun along the way.
So why Ryo?
As our South West business continued to grow, it became important that our brand clearly reflected this team and this community, without confusion with the existing Perth-based Force Finance business.
The name Ryo was chosen for what it represents.
The Ryo Finance brand is centred around a bold and authoritative icon mark that reflects our established professional identity, reliability, and status as a trusted partner in the financial sector. The logo is built around a prominent “R”, designed as a signature of instant recognition.
Within the structure of the letterform, a stylised dragon creates a deliberate path, representing the guided journey Ryo Finance provides its clients toward new beginnings and collaborative success. Subtle references to Japanese heritage are woven into the design, reflecting a foundation of deep expertise delivered with a warm and friendly approach.
The navy and gold colour palette reinforces this personality. Navy conveys a sense of trust and authority, while gold adds a playful, sophisticated glow that highlights the brand’s approachability and the genuine enjoyment of the client experience.
While the name and look may be new, the way we work hasn’t changed. You’ll still be dealing with Mark and the same team you know. You’ll still receive straightforward advice, transparent communication and ongoing support well beyond the transaction.
And yes, Alfie is still part of the team. Still supervising from the bed. Still reminding us to slow down, take a breath and enjoy the moment.
